Did that with a clone from an Ethos End Game (R2?) and it doubled the output from the mother I plucked it from. I tripped out hard on that one, freakn little clone turned into a bush (the size of two pots almost),.

Giving it at least some time would be optimal, but I don't believe it's 100% needed.
