No it's not too late. Literally at the top, you can cut off as little or as much as you want.

You cut the main stem where it forks with side branching. Like said above you can cut a lot of plant or just the tip, just cut at the fork. Also make sure you veg them plenty before you flip so the have time to recover.

Can bend tops over for same response but no stunt. Can take days to break dominance but is well worth it. Plant will show you when dom broken. All buds relatively same this way. Big!
