Topping auto's.........Any tails to share

hello


i am at the point where i need to make a call on 3 other plants .................i looked did not see anything about topping autos so i did to my number 6 ( watched videos pretty sure i did it right )

but i will not see results for several days and by then the chance to do it to the other 3 will be gone so.......i am writing this

berry ryder the strain ......all been confirmed female (no clone skills or supplies yet )

u shuld not top autos they are on a short timer any additional. stress will just slow them down ...ull get more full nuggs if u just let them live their short lives.

so one against ...........use plant 6 as a exp and finsh the rest as is

i got it right after 4th branching they were tiny on the side clean cut ....1 day after feeding next feeding is strait phed water

1 against 1 for 1 wants to see more pics

so since 6 was my strongest grower i should go and chop the weakest too and leave 2 to go as is

this is my 2nd set of berry ryder it is 3 weeks behide the first ...............the first is in a gallon smaller and ran exps on those one is mid flower one is entering ).....co2 water seems to make them enter flowering stage 2 cups .......with in 4 days flowering strech and start

but i have to make the call tonight or tomarrow at the currnet rate of growth (this time i seem to have gotten it right no red veins) .....never spray the leaves they grow to expect it keep with ground food watering

side ? ................one of the grow books saids to add just a drop of biogical soap(u know made from plants will not harm food) the oils in it help the ground and water drain jst little better and aids in roots getting food ( from the medical grow book)

Lol dont speak like that its just inaccurate mate.. If done at the right time they will be just fine. Thats like saying lst is bad for them too huh? lol....

If people know what they are doing (obviously your not one of them) they wont have a problem topping them.. Its people that go saying dont do this and that that make people think it cant be done... Which shows how much both those people know..

Na not one against dont count him, he just came to these forums this month. You should ONLY take advice and count someones comment from reputable people (and not the rep abuse people that are on here for a couple months and have full rep, thats a scene kid). Not some scene kid trying to spread scene kid info... Listening to those is not suggested on this site..

got almost 6 g's of BHO from this one a week or so ago
Himalaya blue diesel didnt start flowering until week 10

i have to add when i top them like a Y i wait until there are about 4 nodes that way there stronger
and roots are more developed

well i freely admit i am a noob when it comes to this stuff..............but i am one of the fastest learners u will ever meet

as for my i have found something out very important .............lumens amount means a shitload tent is 19300 lumens ..box is 5300
plant 6 was in the box hence i could top her (invest in a 400 watt or several more t5 once break even)
the others are passed that point now preflowering i can see the first cola flowering comming out of the other 3 ........so topping them is moot now(tho i am going to try it on the next berry ryder i do )

to make sure i get this correct u wait untill u see the 2nd set of full fanleave 5 fingers not 3 ........clip the top with sheers that u cleaned....do this when the branch nubs are new but soild size of pinknail............best to do this 1 day after feeding between cycles and before lights out on the plant .......u see 2 to 3 fan leaves on branching u can do it one more time to each and gain 4 main colas

and i just top the main stalk the branches bush like crazy when you lst them

Not all plants have the same leaf blade growth, never ever go by how many blades are on a leaf :-P You might be referring to "True leaf sets", then yes its around 2-3 sets of leaves not individual leaf blades though. :)
