Topping and Lsting

Hello guys and girls i need help i have four plants i wanna train i have never topped a plant more than once before and have never tried to LST until now im in 35l pots with 3 seeds 1 clone seeds dinafem cheese x 2 dinafem critcal cheese 1x b cheese clone at the moment im useing rhitz and bio silicone but will be using canna bio line im in bizbizz allmix and i will repot once more into hopefully 15 gallon smart pots if i can find them im running 2x
T5 2ft i need help on where your purpose to top and how many times you can top also how does fimming work and what branches to do it on i will upload photos of my 4 plant i will be putting them outdoors when i repot them into 15gallons but im awhile away from that yet

lst and topping is good i do super cropping and topping works really well for the bushy plants i hate playing with strings and hanging out in the grow room for 3 hours at a time so i just crop

not the best vid in the world but u will get the jist of what i mean

I started to freak out when i was told you cant top more than twice as i already have topped more than that im kinda lost now on how to train anymore or what to do next keep topping or fimming or keep lsting

you can tie em straight to the pot or to the grow tent or room but once tied to the room the kinda stuck in the u can always scrog aswell but then again there stuck in place thats why i crop u just grab a stem and pinch it till u feel in crunch between your fingers then you wanna bend it in the direction u want it to go u can be brutel but dont snap the branch off pls u can do the to ever branch just follow the branch down it will be green then start to harden and look a little brown u wanna snap the green part
