Topping an auto

I would but i got a Bruce Banner auto in the same tent and it is in flower. I got another 1 gallon test plant in there too that is also an auto and flowering. I think my best bet at this point is to drag this out just long enough for me to get another 150watt LED and move the AppleFritter to another area for 12/12.
Autos wouldn't suffer under 12 for the greater good.

Trellis will be here Saturday and i will think about what other options i have at this point. I got a brand spanking new tent still in the box but nowhere convenient to put it up atm.

As other have said. Definitely bend the top over. I don't see any white Pistles yet. Probably won't hurt it to top the tip.

I topped my auto early and do regular trimming and LST training. She's been growing great.

I would try not to switch to 12/12 till the autos finish out. 12 hours will affect the auto production, imo. Since the other is likely not an auto, perhaps more room to top and use other methods to lower the canopy in the meantime? Then switch to 12/12 and let the photo fill the tent.

I recently ran a set of auto's that I'm very familiar with and switched to 12/12 half way through. They were slightly below the average weight and took 7-12 days longer to finish than previous runs of the same genetics under 24/7. In my experience it wasn't great running 12/12 but not really a deal breaker. They are my own stable auto seeds so I have the benefit of a large sample size to compare with.

Bruce Banner auto (middle) and the little 1gal Top Gun with the red drip can are not too far off. I might have the Apple Fritter under control. Not stretching nearly as much now. The little guy in flower is my Liquid Sunshine fem clone that flowered under 18/6???

New USB microscope. Need more practice but the BB auto is getting close.

The not auto but supposed to be auto Apple Fritter is gunna be ok i think. Most of the stretch is done, buds growing and gave it some P/K/Mag today. Soon as i yank the Bruce Banner out i can bend the 2 stems in front down a little bit to the left for more even canopy.

Atlas TopGun Auto is looking very tasty. One gallon pot test. I got a dozen seeds free but half are Atlas Gummibears. No idea which are which either until they mature enough to tell.

Tree1Four Genetics--Liquid Sunshine clone in a cup. The clone flowered on me under 18/6 so i left it in the cup. LOL

Blimburn Bruce Banner auto. Buds look so close but the rest of the plant looks like its just getting started.

Blimburn Apple Fritter "auto" that refused to flower until i flipped to 12/12. What a beast and smells awesome. Yield could be huge if all them kolas get fat.
