i did that yesterday i didn't cut anything under 4rth node yet ...so after a week is it ok to cut them? You wouldn't have anything under the 4th node. I wouldn't top above the fourth node AND remove everything underneath at the same time, top and let your plant heal before you consider removing the lower growth.
2 led brigdelux vero 29 160watts total 1x4000k and one 2700k grow room size 70x70x180 i didn't flip it yet i just only toppedIf you flipped right now you'd be lucky to get even an once, id wait a little longer unless your growing in a pc box or something. What kind of lights are you using for flower and how much room do you have?
my leds is a DIY project it is only 10 cm height so i will have 160-170cm room for my plant. i have enough room i think but i will try to make it bushy with some lst to have better canopySo how much room will you have between the top of your container and the bottom of your light(when it's raised as high as it can go)? Remember plants can double(typical) to triple(definitely possible) in size during flowering, so plan accordingly.
I wasn't even gonna suggest LST, but I was thinking about suggesting it-didn't want to throw too much info at you at once, but yes, LST would be a geat idea mate.my leds is a DIY project it is only 10 cm height so i will have 160-170cm room for my plant. i have enough room i think but i will try to make it bushy with some lst to have better canopy
thanks mate!!!so with a bit of patience everything will be fine!!I wasn't even gonna suggest LST, but I was thinking about suggesting it-didn't want to throw too much info at you at once, but yes, LST would be a geat idea mate.
Patience grasshopper! lol, yes everything will be fine. Keep doing what your doingthanks mate!!!so with a bit of patience everything will be fine!!
I think it's smart to give the plants a week or two after cutting before flipping.i did that yesterday i didn't cut anything under 4rth node yet ...so after a week is it ok to cut them?
and after cut them should i turn it to flower or i have to wait a bit at veg stage ?
you are right i will wait before lst. After one week of topping and 9 days days of transplant the plant is popping bud spots everywhere!!!If i were you, I would wait to chop any branches off. Topping it will slow it's vertical growth and the lower branches will catch up to the top. Those lower branches are also what makes LST so usefull- all those lower branches become tops! here are two plants I didn't top, just started bending the tops down when I was about as far along as you are now-just slowly bending it over. The results were pretty good, so now I don't really top to get two tops, more than anything I top in veg to slow vertical growth so my lateral branches can catch up to my canopy. But these were two plants I simply bent over, they were vegged for about 40days from seed though. So if your bending it/LST, wait till your about to flower to make a decision on what is actually low on the plant and may not recieve light. With some of the plants I LST the very bottom branches end up being the tallest tops! Sorry I'm pretty baked, I'm rabling.View attachment 3201242
