Make sure when the heater blows it is not at the plants but heat the room. I don't think you want it that cold because that would be like fall temps and the plant might be thinking am i supposed to flower and slow your veg.

Your photos are fuzzy. If you have a macro setting on your camera use it for close-ups. That is a cool 3 headed monster you have there.:peace:

Cold can cause stress and damage and if its to cold even death.
Is there no way that you can build a temporary box with plywood in your garage and then insulate the exterior of the box with polystyrene sheets?
This wouldnt cost much and would save you a lot of worry.:blsmoke:

yea...the blue high density insulation foam they use of the exterior of buildings beneath the final exterior cover? I expect that would be very effective.....I am always amazed at the "little" amount that is required to make a difference in temp.....I have been in a quinzhee with a single candle and maintained +12C inside.....though even without the candle it can be -40C outside and be +3-4C inside.......pretty nice when the weather get nasty and you have to make shelter quickly...to stay alive.

Exactly as tahoe said a small temporary shelter thats insulated will cost no where near as much as losing your plants to the cold and works really well and takes very little skill to build.:blsmoke:

could i rap or tape somthing to insulate it, like the stuff, that goes round an boiler"jacket" so to speak. at the moment ive been putting about 8 big old curtains, and blankets. to try to insulate, and now ive got the other lite on in a different closet, but it helps keep the garsge a little warmer, than when its not on.
