Can i start flowering........my plant only 10 feeet tallll????

what is the difference between 18/6 and 12/12 and how do i start flowering? i am growing in soil and using water so is this a soil/hydro mix? I am using 1,000w of incandescent lights and 1 200w halogen light how come my seedlings looks like shit?

that's a good one, but i think the #1 newbie question is

i'm a big jerk that can not figure out how to use the search function (fair enough really since it seems to be broken all the time but you wouldn't know that unless you actually tried it) and i don't have time to read any of the thousands of existing threads on this topic i just want someone to tell me where i can buy seeds--cheap and reliable, please (which is to say if you know of a place that's over-priced or that has problems shipping the seeds please don't recommend them to me)

actually mg can be a ok if you know what your doing, pull out the nute balls while the plants young, and only give it nutes when it says it needs them

but thats off topic

yeah ..... i used mg at first.....
but we all know its not the best.....

its always been a big debate on here ...
i remeber lacy used to sware by it....
