Hopefully this isn't spun to scare people that cannabis invites crime. Pharmacies are robbed at gunpoint every day.

The news calls this a marijuana dispensary and coincidenty enough the DEA raid on go green was almost exactly a yr ago. This only hurts MMJ in the eyes of the public. The attempted thieves probably booked it out of fear when the shot went off. Not taking anything from the club seems fishy, almost like this was setup to make a point. Of course it was AZ go green, the ones who have a huge dossier of criminal activity being built against them.

That guy works at their Mesa location that does "massages". I would assume he would be the one getting shot.

Hey lets all not forget, this place is operating illegally and being called a Dispensary. It's not.

Also the person shot is apparently the security guard.

And it was 6-8 black dudes that stormed the place.

All dispensaries should have an employee at the door who only buzzes in people who show their medical marijuana card through the camera.

Their setup does have an electronic locking door that you have to be buzzed in from. The receptionist can see from her desk, but they probably stormed at closing or right when someone was leaving. It was around closing time I believe.

Sounds like they didn't get anything.

Not the brightest criminal masterminds.

6-8 dudes hoping to get what, $10,000-$15,000 of onhand product. Not much of a score for an armed robbery charge.
