Top seeds for outdoor growing

I know it is too late to start any more plants, but for my next grow(s) I want to use better genetics. I only grow 5 strains at a time so I have a list of 5 types of plants I want to grow; 2 of each. Does anyone have some favorite strains or seedbanks that could match this list? Only strains that you have grown yourself!
1. Sativa Landrace (11 weeks or less)
2. Heavy Yielding Sativa
3. Balanced Hybrid
4. Indica Dominant Hybrid
5. Sleepy/Couchlock Indica

Southeast USA, high temps, spikes of high humidity.

A lot of this question relies on your actual location or even latitude north, as the more north you are I'd go the indica route, and leave the slow maturing sativa's for those with the climate/latitude, indeed many breeders prefer to only sell those quality sativa's to those within 10-20 degrees of the equator, which I think is wrong bullshit, ...but growing 5 strains at once is a testimont to your experience, but asking this ain't...?

34 nth is halfway between the temperate 45 and a little cool for the equator, I'd go with sativa crosses, just be ready for the temperate rainstorms each side of the solstice, that will make you an addict for neem oil ....like me! ...lol ........look for Mr Nice at Herbies and I prefer the Black Widow, a rebuilt White Widow of 2002 fame, after all if you have your favorites ..then you really don't need to be so picky trying new stuff ..lol http://www.herbiesheadshop.com/mr-nice-black-widow-seeds-2700
