Top leaves in the seedling turning yellow

I am growing weed for the first time and gathered information about growing weed indoor from internet. I am using seeds from the weed bag I bought and ,therefore, I do not have any clue about the strain.

I have randomly selected some 20 seeds and sown them in the potting soil in 10 pots(2 seeds in each pot). I am using 3X27W(equivalent to 3 X 150W) cool daylight CFL bulbs for 10 seedlings. I am keeping seedlings under cfl light for 24 hours without any dark break. The distance between light and plant's tip is 40 centimeter. In 10 days, seedlings got 3 set of nodes.

After 10 days of germination, I observe that top leaves along with newly coming are turning yellow. Initially the plants were placed in the closed box with a fan. I used to spray water inside so as to lower the temperature(~40 degree Celsius). Also, soil pH value is about 7.7.

What can be the possible reasons and appropriate solutions.

What kind of soil? If you used miracle grow, it kills seedlings most of the time. I learned that lesson the hard way. Many cheap soils have fertilizers that are just way too hot for cannabis, especially in the early stages. You could also be overwatering, etc

More info is needed

It was my first post and I am grateful to you guys for your response.

@JanesRain I am using potting soil bought from the commercial nursery. I added dolomite powder and small amount of vermi compost.

@Pointman I have uploaded the images. Please have a look and provide your inputs.

I'm a newbie myself and not in soil, but my guess would be pH as already suggested. Those lights are probably too far up as well. When I started my seedlings I had one bulb per plant and about 2 inches above the plant. CFLs also give off the most light from the side I believe so I had mine mounted sideways. Your plant will probably start stretching like crazy that far away I would imagine.
