which one is better to do?...lyke which 1 would create more colas?.....does anyone know?

Fimming basically creates 4 colas
Topping creates 2 main shoots =)

haha. so basicly it's more effecient to just cut a straight line across your plant? and if so at what age (weeks) would you do this at?

I do it when it is 4 weeks into veg
I cut right after where the top node starts, can make a clone from this. You will notice that it will grow two big shoots =)
