I had a bud that went crispy at the top only... turned out that it had been rotten lower down and the top part just died. I cut about 4 inches below and binned the whole thing.... cropped rest the next day

If you want to starve your plants of nutrients when they need them the most to finish, and want your leaves to die then flush. If you want healthy plants to finish and harvest don't flush.
