Took off toxic tent skin. Need help redesigning my enclosure using old frame.

So far Ive tried everything to save my grow and now Im prettystumped after going through 3 different orgaic fertilizers, different soil mixtures and a bunch of different strains. They all do the same thing: they go from healthy green growing plants to stunted pathetic leafless twigs with sparse buds on them by the end of harvest. They get sick usually 3 rd week of flower and all the leaves turn yellow, even bud leaves And I get about 3g dry from a 2 ft. plant. yeah it sucks believe that.
So I now suspect the tent of being toxic and plan to take off the skin and use the frame. Its a sun hut 4x4x7 high and acctually alittle wider to adequately fit flood tables.
So im thinking of hanging mylar walls, but Im having difficulty thingking of how Im going to air cool my hood.
I use a 1000 HPS with a 620 cfm fan sucking cool air from the central air vent into the hood and is extracted. I also use a thermal heat shield to contain radiating heat in the hood and sucked out more efficiently.
Any ideas on how where the hot air should go being that I dont have an enclosure and it will be set up in a bedroom? Do I even need that fan?
I know it seems like easy questions or whatever but Im horrible at building stuff and figureing out seemingly simple tasks on my own.

Right, and seal it off with ducttape? that could work. Once the warm temps start hitting the sac valey at the end of next month, our central air will be keeping that bedroom cool.
Would you recommend mylar walls or that panda stuff? I can get that for a dollar per square foot at the store.

Or I could put the frame in the corner of the room close to the flat wight walls and only have to make 2 partitions. Could I have an open end on the hood connected to ducting and my 620 cfm fan can be outside the area? Would the extracted heat just be redistributed into the room? The temps in my tent stay in the low 80's never above 83 f. So without the skin on would it be easier to control heat?

you could do either or, far as the temps. mannnnn iono. something you gotta play with.

keep in mind, redistributed air, let alone heat is not good. you must exhaust that light heat if you choose to air cool out the room. main exhaust on the tent would be nice as well...but majority of the heat is from the light

you could also go with either or on the mylar vs panda

but panda is stronger, especially if thicker mm

Shit Ive been taking care of sick plants for days. I gave sunhut the benifit of the doubt being that they didnt have a recall like hydrohut had and never heard anything bad about one albeit I dont know anybody else who has ever owned one. However sunhut stopped making the white vinyl plastic interior modles and made a new reflective metallic interior and advertised it as "non-toxic" but I still hadnt considered it was the tent until now after tryingto grow several strains, using different soil mixtures, tied 3 different orgnic regimins and nothing seem to clear p the problem.

Heres my enclosure. How do I do my venting? Should I leave one end open on the hood that pulls air over the bulb and gets blown out the window? I'm seriously really bad at this shit. Do I cut a hole in the panda paper or use the ceiling to blow out the exhaust as shown in the picture?

I really need some suggestions on this one.

I have no clue where to put the fan either. The person who helped me set the fan up in the first place really fucked it up as far as making the ducting as inefficient as possible. It was in an S shape with the fan right in the middle.

fan holes and how you wanna run it is dependent upon your fan count.

if you only have one fan...i would stick a filter on one end of the reflector and exhaust the room and the light.

this is my setup. main exhaust in the back right, with a filter on it for odor of course...

and the light is exhausted by a fan too (it is just outside the tent) and i have an forced intake as well with a hepa filter on it, but its not necessary as passive cooling does well...but the premade passive vents is not good for light, imo

man shit, i've even debated taking out main exhaust fan and just putting the filter on the left side of my light and see what happens with just two fans

Im not worried about the odor. I dont have a ceiling on my enclosure. Its only has partitioning with panda paper on 2 sides and the corner of the room for the other 2 walls. It'll have to do for now untill i get a crop going and can buy a new tent.

probly have to buy more ducting to do this so I cant do anything till monday. Mean while hood goes uncooled.
