Too small to flower?

So the plant in the pic is approx. 18 days old from germ. It is around 6" tall, 7.5" tops...It is a bagseed plant so I don't know if it's an Indica or Sativa. Anyone have any thoughts as to what it is?

I am wondering if it is big , or small for its age, and if it is too soon to flower??? I have to get rid of the plants pretty soon so I am trying to do everything possible to get it harvested ASAP. I am not worried about yield at all, I just need to finish ASAP, which leads me to my next question: Is 12/12 the best light cylce as far as finishing fast and is there anything else I could do to speed it up? Right now I am on 18/6 for the last week and started 24/0 for the first two weeks of life....Thanks all I love this fourm!

Thanks guys. Do you think the pot I have is sufficient for the rest of flowerin? It is 6" x 6" and can probably hold about 1/4 of a gallon of liquid....I was told by a gardener that 1 gallon pots are really not one gallon. Is this true, or do one gallon pots truly hold one gallon?

Flower now and it will prob be over a foot when finished. Go to a three gallon pot with some good soil. Flowering time pretty much depends on genetics cant do a whole lot to hurry it up. There is a special timer that has more night cycles and less daylight hours but im not sure what its called its supposed to make flowering faster but with a decrease in yield. And as far as pots go, it just depends on who they were made by but most are pretty close... maybe a little under.
