Too much water or heat?

Got a 100w led in a make shift box with a cpu fan pulling the hot air out and a decent intake so plenty of fresh air gets in. Is the light to close and cooking it? Is this too far gone lol... or did i keep em too moist? Also had a seedling heat mat underneath

The other bean hasnt sprouted yet, so i changed out the led for a weaker cfl incase im cookn it w the light

Seedlings dont need much light in the beginning or tons of water, im no expert but ive been through a lot of bumps in the road as your doing right now, a lot of people kept telling me less is more and there right, lots of good people on here to getcha moving in the right direction!

Mornin' Anon,
It isn't laying flat...could still survive. Mostly I wanted to suggest that you put some space between the heat mat and solo cups. I use a small tray with a few chopsticks under it. The heat mats can get too hot and cause problems.
