we need more info to help. what are your growing conditions? humidity? temps? what fertilizers do you use? what medium? how old is the plant? clone or seed plant? what stage of growth is it in?

your pH and temps sound ok. a bit warm but not bad. im not familiar with your nutes, but reading the labels, the veg is very low in P and 500ppm seems a bit light. are you using a cal mag supplement? i always have Mg deficiencies when using ocean forest. i prefer a longer night cycle to allow the plant to build up hormones better. many people use that schedule and have no issues. it really looks like they are slightly deficient, im not sure if its N or Mg.

Yeah I am using cal mag at 100ppm every watering plus golden nector, canazyme, proscilicat, root excell, and sewead excract in variations. What ppm for fertilization would you recomend at this stage?

they recommend 8-10 ml/gallon each of A and B for most of veg. i would use at least half that. if thats what you are using, bump it up to 3/4 dose. i would be feeding at about 850-950 ppm for a plant that large, but im not familiar with your nutes. maybe make a full strength batch with the Veg A and B, then test the ppm and adjust your feeding based on that.

K been using 5 ml each which ranges around 550 but ill.bump it up, thanks bro.
Any idea why the leaves are twisting though, kind of like when you put plastic on heat and it tends to wrinkle

twisting leaves is generally caused by a micro nutrient deficiency, which in your case is being caused by under feeding. raise your feed levels slowly, let them get used to having more food and give them a few days to figure out how to use it. add a couple more ml and give it a week. they should green up in a couple days. the old growth wont change but the new leaves should come out beautifully.
