Too much nitrogen or what?

This is a hobby that pays for itself. I pay 5000 dollars in taxes every month..... Im cheap but I like quality also.

I don't mean to be insulting man, it's just that to me that's an overkill, and spending so much money for your first grow, well, to each his own......best of luck and I'm sure you'll have a decent harvest...grow on my friend.
 
I understand what you are saying. The experience that I do have comes from using a setup similar to my own minus the LED.
 
By the way what part is overkill? IM here to learn! Im not a pro or even close but Im not clueless either. I welcome all constructive criticism.

Are they all independant or do they run from one reservoir?


Any decrease or increase in ppm's after 24hours if they are res fed?


You want to try and maintain a small decrease in ppm's after 24hours as this way you aren't over feeding.

They run from one 55 gal res. I haven't seen any change in ppms and that's why Im still hand watering. I do check ph temp and ppm regularly.

Just meaning to say a 5gal bucket is unecessary, that's all, you could of used a smaller container saving a lot of grow gubes.
 
I agree with you on that too. Later on down the road Ill end up making my own buckets so I don't have to use the 5 gal ones. I think once I find the strain that I like best Im going to just grow two at a time.
