Too Much Light? (390W CFL Grow on 1 plant)

Friend wants to have a really strong bushy plant.
He's planning on growing with 3x130w cfl 6500k bulbs.

Asides from any heat issues from using that much light,
do you think it's overkill for 1 plant?

Or do you think the plant will love it?

Perhaps he should start with just 2 bulbs then step up to 3 when the plant is bigger?

(strain is super silver haze)
(scrog grow)

throw a 600w hps in there and he should be good to go.

will he only be using those same 3 bulbs thru whole grow? im curious to see what 6500k light will do in flowering, if he keeps them close to the plants, then that should be enough watts for it to max in size

Lol no, 2700k for flower.
Also i just realized the lights were actually 6400k not 6500k

It's a closet grow, probably should of mentioned that.
600w hps would screw shit up. CFL is better for smaller grow.
(but hey let's not start a cfl vs hps debate)
