Too much air flow?

I have an intake fan blowing on the fresh seedlings that just sprouted. Out of the 4 seeds 3 are just fine but the one nearest the fan have retarded looking, shrivelled up leaves on it. The stalk is also veering off away from the fan direction. Is this too much airflow? Should i divert the air in another direction? Please help

Turn the fan down or don't have it blowing directly on the seedling
