Too late to trim?

My girl is 2 weeks into flowering , with some decent colas. There are around 15 total buds.

I am having a hard time as to which ones to axe. They are all close to the same size except for the top cola of course. The main difference in them is the size of the branch they are on. Should I use this as the measure for what stays and what goes?

I dont want to do more damage than good , and have a small yet nice yield. Any help would be great.

if you only have one plant, w/ lots of buds... why do you want to axe them?? by god, let the lady do her job and reap the rewards my friend...

give yourself a nice start to the new year w/ a nice fat ass yielding plant....

First time growing and I've read so much about trimming small ones to benefit the bigger ones. Guess I just got caught up in it.
