too hot out for trolling

I moved here to Texas in 79, straight out of high school, had fifty bucks and a ford torino with no AC. I got a job at building apartment buildings. I would leave when everyone else did and go eat, back then you bought one beer for a dollar and you got to eat the buffet they had out. I would wait a few hours in the ac in the resturant and go to the laundry mat than back to the building to sleep. On nights it rained I slept in the car other nights just crashed in one of the units. During the day I would just do whatever, dig holes, what ever they told me to do. It was mid June when I got here and I had enough money for an apt in late July. Talk about heat OMG I still remember it. Sucked big time. The only person I think had it worse than me was the guy that would come and suck the porta potty clean. He would get out of the truck, put on like a fire suit suck them dry and then leave. Was a crazy time down here, the place was just getting built up and it was like the old west. The Dallas Police would shoot you if you ran away, they once shot a j walker downtown and killed the guy because he would not stop when they told him to. They had "shotgun squads" they put one way mirrors in 7-11s and if you went in to rob the place they blew your ass away period. Big signs in spanish and english, branish a weapon and you will be shot. The good old days, stuff has changed, the Dallas Police still shoot someone pretty much every day but they make sure they drop a weapon or two when they do.

Lol, you like to embellish a lot. I grew up in Dallas and it was never like that, especially in the 70-80's. If you ever worked in a 7-11 like I did you would learn to appreciate those shotgun squads which were a response to people robbing 7-11's and killing the innocent employees. You are right about the heat I wouldn't want anyone to have to live there in the Summer.

i don't know whether it's worse to live someplace that's consistently hot and humid or to live someplace where it fluctuates every week or so. we get 95+ humid weather here but only for a week at a time. the problem is that after it's in the 70s for a week and then 100 degrees the next it hits you like a train and by the time you start to adjust to it you're freezing again.

tuesday it was 96 degrees and the next morning it was 68. fucking humidity. past 85 it makes you hot and below 70 it makes you cold. fuck you, weather. AND STOP RAINING. i have masonry stuff and painting to do in my yard you piece of shit.
