TOO HOT!!! need help with ventilating my grow box

I have a grow box thats 13"x16" and 26" tall i have 3 23 watt cfl in there i have a 7" fan that is fanning inside with the door opened just enough to keep it cool
would cutting a hole on top help or do i need to get a cpu fan

Put a hole in the top back with a fan. Make it pull out, not in. It'll remove the heat better.

Top sounds good. Heat rises so you probably would need a fan. But if the doors open, it might just be that room in general.

Well I have made a 4" hole on one of the top sides and I hung my fan on the door so I can leave the door close to keep light in unfortunately I broke all 4 of my 23 watt daylight cfl being stoned so I'm buying more tommarow. As for the exhaust fan I want to get a pc fan but I don't have time to order online since my seeds get here in a day or two so were can I purchase some pc fans.

Go to radioshack. Get the fans and the power adapter. 12 volt of course.

is it ok if i use 9 volt but the same amps... Its all i had

Yeah it is the 9 volt wont make it as strong though, but it will be quieter.
