Too heavy on Nitrogen?

I’ve got three blue dream plants that will be getting transplanted outside in the next week. They’ve spent most of their time outside on the deck, but come in at night under cheap blurple lights to keep their schedule 20/4, recently weaned to 16/8. Have been doing great, but in the last few days developed a bit of a droop. One has some clawing that looks like maybe nitrogen tox? Using ocean forest soil, feeding Alaskan fish fert and tiger bloom every few days. Recent changes are reducing light schedule to 16/8 over several weeks, as well as recent cold snap where they were probably around 65f through most of the day. Any thoughts? Thanks!
