***too good to be true***

Ok so i was looking on google for a ready to go hps system 250 watt.. i came across this website which i have heard of before but its a whole system (excluding HPS bulb) for only 150$.. ive seen the ballast go for that alone... anyways i was wondering if you guys could just click the link and read the description... am i missing something? do i really just need a light bulb? it has reflector and everything i need? heres the link.. thanks for reading and +reps for helpful people!http://www.growlightexpress.com/grow-light-systems-2/sun-system-2-hps-250-watt-6.html
