I had a tight little underperforming plant (described as a Blueberry/Aussie hybrid, but who knows?) that I flipped 11 days ago. Looked today & it's ALREADY FLOWERING!

"Wow!" I said to myself - "Cool!" Not so much. I was clearing leaves to let all the light available get to the mid-lower level buds - and there they were....balls. I guess it makes sense: the male's got to flower & produce pollen BEFORE the females, I'm calculating.

Nice tip - I'll be alert for it in the future!
