Too dry to cure properly?

Been a week since i cut down and hung them. Left most of the fan leafs on because the air is 35% RH. And put a humidifier to try and keep around 50-55rh for the first few days. Tapering to now, 35rh for the past 2 days.

I checked the stems every other day but none snapped. the actual flowers i didn't check until now, when I cut one off it felt dry, and was when i broke it up.

If the stems don't snap a little it's still to wet.

But the flowers are crunchy, instead of having some cushion to them. So i feel like they're getting too dry.

Let them hang A little longer if the buds get too dry put them in a jar and toss a boveda 62% pack in there. Close lid and open after 2 days

Put the buds in a jar with a hygrometer and see what the reading is first. Then take it from there if you need to leave them out longer or if they are too dry. If they are 55 and up i would jar it, burp as usual, then let it cure.... after cure then throw a boveda, but experience from the last couple years with the bovedas, when I place a pack in before the cure, quality in taste and flavor is never on par, cure first, then boveda.

If the nugs were literally crunchy with no sponge feel. Then you could have dried the bud but the stem is still wet . If.... thats the case the cure is probally done for (just an opinion not word of god or anything)

Like others suggested, trim your buds, put in mason jars, one with a humimeter if it reads too low add a Boveda 8 gram 62 rh.
