I have two tents finishing at the same time, so several new things to sample as they become burnable. This is a just toked on nug of Mad Scientist /Jackberry - a Sannies fem freebie. It was tossed in a one gal bucket and flowered early as a space filler, and was taken at 54 days. Real smoothe lemon taste and smell. At the 1/3 joint mark, the effects began to hit, and hit hard. I'm already regretting not using it as a primary bean.

I hear you, but I was never going to clone it. I'd run one before, and didn't care much for it, so this was just a space filler that's a pleasant surprise. A backup that found a corner spot.
I'll likely get about 10 joints out of the whole thing - pretty cool for a backup.

You don't use diameterious (sp?) earth in your mix? I figured with DE it was redundant. Thoughts?

I knew I'd posted pics of the Qrazy Quake mom somewhere ^. Though even this branch of mom isn't all that fat, it looks almost huge compared to the recently chopped clones. V
I'm sampling some of the first dried budlets this AM, and it's impressing big time.
This is superb smoke, even w/ zero cure - the flavor is all sweet grape, the high comes on fast and hard. Great so far. Reminds me very much of the Fat Grape Cheese that was ran recently, but even better taste and potency, though less of it.

C99 from Female. I like this a lot. It's going to stick around for another couple runs due to favorable vegging and growth patterns + nice flowering time. I ended up lettin em mostly go 8 weeks. Some of the tops came down a bit sooner. Still a bit damp, but thank god for vaporizers. You can literally cut buds off a plant and have a go at em, tastes a little funny at first but you can do it and it works quite well - not as well as letting them dry properly but sometimes you gotta try shit out if you're impatient like me.
Real nice all in the head buzz. It isn't as motivational as the C99 I grew from Peak. But it's a stronger effect. Definitely a bit different despite similar smells, structure and other things. Think I like this one a bit more for recreation but honestly we'll know more after a few weeks.

Lately I've been using c-99 in a 1/3 to 2/3 mix w/ Blood Orange [ nice potency, lousy taste/smell] just to be done with the BO once and for all.
You're spot on about vaping fresh herb. A nice shortcut.
