tobacco substitute?

Trying to give up smoking tobacco but can't put down the joints. Been looking online at tobacco substitutes but there's so many, was just wondering who's tried them, which did you like/didn't like or if they are just a waste of money all together? Cheers

I used the e-cigs for a little bit. it was sort of a hard switch.... then after I switched to the e-cigs for a couple weeks, i just quit nicotine altogether without any problems at all.

Gum is great, getting off the gum is pretty difficult tho. Gum gives me nasty hiccupps aswell as the lozenges.

Im really interested in the nicotine dipped tooth picks.
