To UVB or not to UVB??

Hi guys, So thats no uvb on cfls? yes on hetal halide ?(what about red MH like sunpulse )? and is mv mercury vapor?
any other bulbs work?
as for ideas on when i can think of two. !. last week or so of flowering cycle, or 2. or in smaller amounts throughtout flowering. example 6am t5 turns on,- 630am hps turns on,-7am t5 shuts off.--------------5pm t5 on ,-530pm hps off,-6pm t5 off...
You could play with those times to find a sweet spot if you wanna experiment.

If you want UVB then buy a reptile UVB 10.0 bulb and run it 4-6 hrs with your main lighting.
