To many females ....????

I have a rather strange problem I'm getting a shit load of females. Most people would consider this a good thing. But I have some quality strains that I want to cross and low and behold I'm 7 of 7 all female. Is it anything I can do to get one to go male. Thenain I don't want to hermie it and screw up the genetics. I just want them to be naturally male. Right now I wished someone would sell male only seeds for those of us that would like to breed instead of spending money time after time on seeds.

The only way to do this is to get it to hermie, but that does not mean you will encourage hermies in the offspring. I will certainly provide the info if you are interested, but the only way to do it is make feminized seeds.

Are they fem? nothing you can do.

Where did you get the seed weedmastatx? If the seeds perhaps came from a plant you had and you were not sure of the father for example, the plant may have self pollenated itself and then most offspring will be females.

I do some breeding for a new seed company that is from guys on riu, it's called Breeders Boutique, you can get their seeds here (www.seaofseeds.com their website will be up in a bit www.breedersboutique.com/site ), they do mainly regulars, and will be adding more regular strains soon, including some Sour Cherry and some new OG crosses.

If you bought the seed as regular you would expect some males,

gibberellic acid should help produce male flowers

He's not trying to make Feminized seeds, he's saying that all the seeds he plants give him Females. Read the post folks.

That's why I asked where the seed stock came from...........

You need to read the post, he WANTS a male to make SEEDS!!!!!

and then tell us to read the post. If YOU would have read the post you would have gotten that he clearly was asking how to make seeds out of his all female run..... Not hard to understand at all

imo the post is still not clear and he is not trying to make feminiuzed seeds so I stand by what I said.

If you analyse the English in his sentence he quite clearly states "I am getting..." which implies an on going process,(if he said "I got, it would imply a process that has finished, meaning he probably has no other seeds) is he planting more seeds, does he want a way to make the seeds he plants turn into a male, I don't know, you don't know, that's why I asked the question about his seed stock.

My apologies for over reacting and telling everyone to read the post, I admit I was a bit forthright in my tone. I would still be interested to hear about his seed stock.

Yes basically I just want a male plant so I can breed. I bought seeds from different breeders ; Mandela, Cali connection, DNA etc.. All regular beans I've been growing a bit over 2 years and I've only gotten a male 1 time from my point of no return by Mandela seeds. Like I said in the first post I want males but don't want to go the hermie route. Any suggestions would be great or do I just need to try and hermie one of my ladies.

Either hermie ( can be done "safely") them or start some more beans......
Also if you are in a Medical state sometimes you can find some males on CL, but then we get into taking other plants into your garden......

I would just keep trying then weedmasta, if you have bought regular seeds then the chances are that 1 of them will be male sometime, it's just a numbers game.

Most of the strains we do are regular and I can guarantee that you'll get some males. Breeders Boutique, available at www.seaofseeds.com

Also, you may look into what it takes to increase the likely hood of females in the seedling stage, and reverse it. There is plenty of info on here.....

I'm going to check you guys out and see if anything catches my eye. Thanks for the advice and timely responses. And BTW the only femenized seeds I own are pre 98 Bubba from Cali connection and I want her to be my mother for all crosses.
