to late to top?

day 24 of veg ive done some searching there is so many dam different opinions on when to top.what ever type of bag seed strain this stuffis, likes to stay a bush allready

Yeah you shoukd have done the first topping 3 nodes ago then the next topping now

yea ive read so many opinions when to top alot like to do it lower nodes.o well first grow ill learn. yea i was guna start leaning it over with some twist ties.i do got 3 smaller plants ill top one today

It is NOT too late to top.

Some growers wait until the first week of 12/12 to top. You're fine to do it now if you want.

I top 7-10 day before putting them into flower. Topping early changes the structure of the plant cells and in my case made veg 10 days longer. Early topping was one of the first techniques used in the starting days of indoor growing and comes from outdoor growers not wanting to make many trips back to their patches, so they topped early for their convenience. It works but since then research has shown better ways. Its kind of like booze, its not good for adults but can cause real health issues if given to children.

i am prob putting into flower 1-2weeks.i gotta water the plant in little maybe ill top maybe i wont lol

well just fyi topping now will take from your yield what ever you remove will be future buds.. so just remember that.. yes you will get replacement shoots but the buds from the one you removed will be bigger then the ones that grow back..

top that bitchhh maybe 1 or 2 nodes down and youll be loving life with a fat stem on your lady... gotta love a lady with wide hips ;P

I turn my lights off in 2 hours.should i wait till i turn the lights back on?

personally the sooner the better and i dont see what difference it would make maybe a small difference but go for it man.. just dont cut ur new growth when u top

yea i been watching fim and topping vids.so if i dont top or fim i will have one big cola,if i top ill have 2 main cola half size and if i fim ill have 4 tops but how small will the colas be then ?this my very first grow i even got my fox farms trio nutes and havent used them yet cause im affraid im guna fuck up.when my plants look so healthy right now on reg water and fox farms soil.im prob just over thinking like everyone does

you could actually get 4 tops from topping as well my current grow most i have 4 tops on one of my topped plants

its not the cut the decides the tops its the light that is allowed to reach the other new growth points

i topped 2 of the 3 16 day olds.ill take pic tomorrow lights are off now.lol my luck the one i didnt top will be the female
