depending on where you live, but mainly YES! in most areas thats when flowering begins but some is better than none! you should try to veg for a couple weeks indoors to get some fast growth then in early-mid august throw em' outside to start the BUDDING!!! any more questions let us know!

@tonyd---i just took my clone a couple days ago off my mother plant n its growing pretty well so you shouldnt have a problem with it...i think you'll have a good amount of time until flowering really hits...

what i did was take the clone, put it in the rooting powder than put into a jiffy cup then put THAT into a solo cup as well...i never put a baggy over it i justput plastic wrap around the whole top of the cup around the stem...get what im saying? that way you dont have to keep taking the baggy on n off to mist it...which you should do i least 6 times a day... but yeah it'll work...mines under my 'stock' flourescent bulb in y closet as well....not the greatest bulbs but they work just fine for now..when it gets bigger though you should defiently invest in bigger lights otherwise its ot going to be nearly enough lighting!....hope this helps..any more questions lemme know! Im sure the perlite will be just fine im not sure but maybe add some medium in it...but it shouldnt matter, i mean you could just use water if you wanted to
