Okay so i just got this shitty grow tent with a T5 set up for veg.
I just germinated a super silver haze seed and put it in a cloning/germination dome
with a built in TL light (shown in pic) and my plant is streching because theres not enough light.
so i turn on my T5 set up and the TEMP. goes up to the 90s.
I have 2 inline ducting fans one to bring the air in and one to push the air out.
I also have (2) 6" cucuating fans but its still in the 80s-90s
PS I live in a old Cali house with out any buit-in AC ??
HELP HELP!!

Hiya mate, pretty new to this my self but thought id try and help out a little....

90f is the maximum you want, not the perfect temp but ive heard anything over 90f and its not good, if you can tweak it a bit so its around the 80f mark you should be ok i think, again i am pretty new so you may want to hear someone elses ideas aswell. Hope this helps a little anyway.

Try using 2 exhaust fans and one small intake fan. it might make a hell of a difference.

I found that by positioning an intake fan on the bottom left and a larger exaust fan in the top right, the airflow over the canapy kept the temp down a fair bit, i would also suggest that you connect duct from your intake fan to an outdoor source such as a window. Also I found that a small clip-on fan attached to the reflector helps bring the temp down. Those cool tubes are fantastic for HPS, they work really well. I also had some good results from a very small humidifier running on a low power, but keep an eye on the humidity and dont use it in flower. PC fans are a cheap fix and they run off 9 - 12 volt power pack but they do not stop smells.

Hope this helps mate.
