To Flower or not to flower... Yet

Hello Brothers and Sistas,
SO i am currently on my first hydro grow using 5 gal buckets, lots of air, flora 3 part, and a healthy amount of h2o2 after an early run in with pythium that i have managed to keep down (even though after my pump once sopped for 4 hours it was quickly back so I know it's just waiting). Anyway, that's just to describe the general setup. THe pythium situation did cause me to have to cut quite some roots, of which some have grown back but dont have a massive ball under there the way I wish I would have that never occurred. My question is does she look ready to flower or should I keep vegging here the way I would if it was in dirt. I guess what I'm asking is whether there is major differences in the stretch , amount of growth once into flowering in dwc than what I had in soil. Currently, under a "600 watt" (equivalent) 175-watt actual draw full spectrum LED but have a "1000 watt" (243 at the wall) line for flowering I will switch to. I just want to maximize potency on the outcome so I think in the past I may have grown my plants too big and then not had the light to support it so I'm just checking in to see if anyone has any advice. Just to summarize... Should I flower now, or wait another 1-2 weeks so that more roots can regrow and plant fills entire 2 by 2 "tent".

Side note/ Other idea: I'm also thinking of switching from using the h2o2 sterilize res to using hydro guard + cannazym and giving the roots a dose of voodoo juice and made that wy ai can get another boost to the root before sending into flowering but I am so afraid the pythium will come back that I'm hesitant.

I would flip it now the roots will double in flower. 1-2 weeks those plants will over fill that 2x2 tent imo

I would cut the growth tips off the ends of each branch, wait a few days, let the inner growth sites develop a slight stem, and then flip.

What is that other plant in the corner?

I see the big girl (which should be flipped.. shes got the whole room almost full from the looks of it), the little girl in the fabric pot, and then that odd looking plant with 2 big non serated leaves in a small pot... my curiosity getting the best of me ;P

@BluntMoniker That's a young kush in the front and then to the right is a mong bean I was using to test some light lol

Thank you for the input, I was about to flip it but then once again my water seemed to have gotten too a warm and pythium came back and really hurt the plant. Since then been trying to find a balance and different ways to get this plant going again but it is basically stuck in time, size-wise looks exact same for almost 1.5 weeks first tried h202 but pythium came bac then tried some calcium chlorine, and it didn't like that, the plant is still alive and it doesn't look that terrible, it just literally stuck in time with no new roots coming and leaving me rather clueless. The roots look like this, at least what left of them and I can't tell if they are starting to grow or if that is pythium building again at each little root end where you can see these darker tips. I've got other plants to read to take the space so I might just call this one a lost cause but it was looking so nicely trained and ready to flower it bums me out a bit.20200301_153521.jpgPHOTO_20200301_153950.jpg
Is that the pythium coming back or? No slime yet, just the weird dots where the root hairs were prior to the last pythium attack
