To dunk, or not to dunk....

I dunked. Lol. I was planning on letting my plant go for a couple more weeks. HOWEVER, it seems that one of my psycho ex-girlfriends changed my plans last night. Haaawaaackaaa.....


It's been a sad day. I lost a friend.

Stupid bitch. No wonder guys turn gay..... Lol. Funny thing is, I don't smoke; and I was growing it for her!

Anyways, so this was my first grow. I saw a clip where Mr. Cervantes dunked his stuff, so what the heck....



Didn't see any bugs, so I guess I could have skipped it. Just thought I'd toss this out there, for the heck of it. Mods, feel free to merge it if needed.

Did you just put it in water? The video that you mention is a great save for people that grow outside. It is a solution of hydrogen peroxide and water. Jorge does it in the video because he has some powdery mildew. The peroxide solution removes the mildew and kills the spores so that it won't proliferate through the drying and curing process. That is what the dunk is for. Now, on to other things. How old is that plant? I ask because I don't really see any buds. Good luck on the buds and woman. Lol.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to reply. That's cool. I used just a bit of the cheap grocery store peroxide. Probably not enough to even do anything. Lol.

The plant was given to me at the start of the summer, and it's been a learning experience. It quit drinking water a couple weeks ago. I kinda figured the bottom roots were toast, so I had started to water with less, more often. That really helped and the buds started filling out. Then it gets whacked.... Sure enough, the bottom 1/2 of the roots had died off. Here's what I got.




I really wish it could have gone a couple more weeks. Oh well.


Edit: My phone really does take some crappy pictures. They don't even look like buds, but are. Lol
