To defoliate or not to defoliate??

60% rh is perfect just make sure there is plenty of air below the canopy and also just above the canopy. Yes to defoliate again if you wish.

A light trimming to minimize the chance for mold in a tightly packed, high humidity space is about the only reason (aside from lollypopping when i run scrog) i ever take a scissors to my plants. If you cant get you RH under 55% with airflow and dehumidifiers then I'd say a LIGHT trim would be an acceptable option

Well is say its just on the verge of being labeld tightly packed and the humidity is a little to high like i said its hitting around 58-62% at the very most sometimes! So should i give then a slight trim tomorrow?

Anything above the screen leave on,Anything below take off.Taking healthy leafs of a plant ,is like taking bits from a engine,it may still run, but not has good. And its bound to have problems down the line.60% rh is fine.

Hey looks really good. I would take off a layer or 2 of the canopy leaves off and let heal for couple days and do again need to open up for more air flow for more growth will focus on the flowers. Grow on my Brother
