to buy or not to buy

i wanted to buy seeds off line but im in virginia and i dont know if anyone sends ere so could i just buy a shitty bag of weed and make that so good weed you think the seeds in the dealers bags will grow and how would i know what kind of weed it really is because that lob or its some fire doesnt help u know.

If you read up nad use Fox Farm sil or get a hydro setup you can certainly make any bag seed into something potent. You can safely order seeds from attitude or hemp depot if you want to get particular genetics.

virginia is just another state, plenty of seed banks ship to US and all states
mostly it's a question of getting your seeds snagged by customs in the worst case
if they get grabbed, you may not want to grow at the address you shipped to
but they probably will get through fine
