i just planted my girl outside a couple days ago. now the underside of the bottom leaves are full of little plack things, almost looks like dirt. anyone know what these are and if they can be harmful?

Have any pics? It could be scales a nasty bug that will suck the juices from the leaves you could rinse the leaves and see if it is dirt.

No it won't cause any problems plants do just fine without people babying them the dirt is no big deal.
