TIPS ON DUCTING for air cooled hoods

The down side to that is unless you run an inline filter your just pumping the heat into the room and the humidity and it will continue to recycle the tent as its pulled back through the system. Humidity rises , so does the room temp.
The other thing is if it takes out 99% of the smell that 1% makes a difference when its floating round a room and possibly through the house.

It would be into another room where the boiler is well ventilated

In regards to air intake and exhaust air system, can both lines be 6inch. (using ac infinity cloudline fans for both lines) intake line will have phat hepa filter and exhaust line will have carbon filter in tent. Does the intake line need to be bigger than exhaust line to maintain positive air pressure?
