Tips of leaves starting to twist/spiral

Over the last couple of days I have noticed the tips of my plants leaves starting to twist. Was wondering if someone could answer why that is happening or what the problem is?

From my understanding from other posts if there isn’t anything else going and your going into pre-flower the twisting of the growth is from hormones going crazy and it’s an indication it’s about to flower. If other things were showing up it’d be root problems or light problems. Someone correct me if I’m wrong

Twisted / contorted leaves generally mean there's a pH issue...more inconsistent pH than anything...but your plant looks good. I wouldn't do anything but watch it over the next couple days. I have a girl going, and just the other day she had (1) fan leaf out of the entire plant, that was turned upside down...later that day, it was right side up. Don't knee jerk your way into a problem; be patient.

Well I left it alone and didnt change anything I was doing. It still has the spiralled tips but other then that seems to be growing fine. Now my other plant has something weird going on with its leaves. Wondering if anyone knows what the problem is?

Have been giving nutrients once a week for last couple of months and just switch to bloom nutrients.
