Tips for dealing with sociopaths

Toxic boss on pain killers sends random Bullshit texts that are so far from reality I don't even respond.

I had a boss like that many years ago, find another job, you can't win or reason with them.

Many moons ago, I had a boss that could not be wrong. My first day on the job, I pointed out a huge error, he told me that I had no clue, he proceeded, shit was fucked up, it was "my fault", never heard the end of how "right" he was. He was one of those "smart, but really stupid" people. Every error I corrected made me more inaccurate/inefficient. Every idea I shared, he stole, and gloated over. I was there for 6 months, 6 months after I left, out of business, he lost all of his wealth. Blamed everyone, but himself.

The best tip for avoiding sociopaths (and psychopaths, incidentally): Avoid the internet.

Ya I just rolled on and quit as it was just the correct thing to do.

It sucks working for those who treat others like trash. Sorry to hear that you have to deal with additional, unnecessary work stress.
