Tiny yellow mite

Hey guys,
I've noticed some tiny dull yellow looking mite on my plants im in the long process of getting rid of them im just curious as to what sort they are as they look nothing like spider mites they look like a tiny piece of windfield tobacco i will try to get a good picture in the morning when lights are on they are really sucking the life out of my girls.

first guess unseen = thrips
best to identify pests before
attempting to eradicate them

Do they move slowly or fast?

They move really slow here you can see one

Google is the first place I went buddy but as this forum is particularly for these sorts of matters I'm better posting here tyvm for your input tho

Baby thrip.....and thrip damage. The adults are much faster and hate to be seen.
