Tiny maggot looking bugs

So my girl is just 2wks in flower. I noticed her lower leaves looking bad. I watered and found all these squirmy little maggot looking bugs in soil. Could this be why she is drooping a little on the bottom? What is it? How can I get rid of them? Thanks everyone

Probably just springtails.

Beneficial soil insect and is a part of the decomposition cycle of soil.

I’ve found over time it numbers increase too rapidly they can have a negative effect on the plants.
