Tiny little black flying fucks

Just checked in on my girls, saw a flying black bug. No marks on the girls at all, and I only seen one. Should I act now?

nope i would just say there gnats there annoying little fuckers but more nuisance than a problem just squish them as you see them

+1 on that. Kill em as you see em. If you have a pic of the bug, post it. But my guess is what nitro said. No biggie.

Id get on those, they stick to your light bulbs and fill up your hoods. Youll find dead ones on the plants too. Theyre gross. To much stagnant water or overwatering usually

It has to be stagnant water, I keep a bowl of water in there for humidity. Thanks brotherman

use a small sticky fly tape, it will catch all kinds of bugs.

Sand no good, you probably overwateted ...get some flytape n hang a few in room...they work good.

I did overwater last week, plants were drooping..I let it dry out and they perked right back up good as new. Should i hang the flysticky paper or just put it on the soil?

Hang em from lights,ducting whatever ya can...mine got 1k gnats in a week...3 ribbons filled.

AAAHHHHH!!!! Fix those now...I had a few, Thought NBD...They turn in to Millions in no time. I used a sticky mouse trap (Flat) laid ontop of soil, and caught a lot. I also used Lysol on rims of planters walls everywhere, Even top of soil. Do something man they will reproduce like a mother...

Get a electric bug zapper that is hand held mane

Yeah i'm definitely getting on this. Should i hit up some neem oil too with dish washing soap? that doesnt hurt plants or soil right?

Dang, sounds like a classic case. Watering a little less often will help and if your not that far along you may want to bomb the room. Ask your hydro store guys if you trust them. If you cant get rid of them that is. I. Sure theres bug sprays that you could use that would give them a ru. For their money that arent fatal if smoked. Find out where they breed and lay eggs. If its in the soil you should be able to come up with somthing

u should lay the fly strip in a circle around the base of your plant hanging fly strips for nats doesnt work nearly as well.........also sand does work but it makes your pot heavy ..........neem oil will break their life cycle in the soil but u will have to reapply.......... dont just ignore them

No, that stuff is fine. Its a great place to start. Ive used just electical tape laid upside down a couple years back on indoor plants that had nats and it caught some of them

Did ya have to make it personal ?

I have also used the fly strips....
I find if my room gets hot 84+ they seem to hatch...
Now they are mostly dormant, or gone, plus I keep room, at 79 veg, 82 bud...

Thanks everybody. Going to lay some strips around when the lights go out, see what it turns up with. I'm glad I didn't just let it go. I'd be yanking my hair out if there were millions of these little pricks!
