Hello folks,
Been lurking here for a while, just wanted to give a shout out to all the helpful members here, I've learned alot over the past while, especially when it comes to LEDs and such.
So I've decided to make myself up a fixture by using some of the stellar examples here, and being a techie and a tinkerer, I'm always looking for ways to help with my efficiency. Or laziness is another way of putting it
I was thinking of playing around with a way to make the fixture a bit 'smarter'. To start, maybe be able to turn the fixture on/off remotely, possibly allowing for programming on/off schedules, and perhaps dimming. Longer term maybe even monitoring temperature and power consumption among other things.
My question to you seasoned pros is how much of the above would you find valuable? Any other ideas you might like to see? If it turns out nice and I don't blow things up, I'd be happy to share my progress
Cheers gang, looking forward to some green hacking!
