Timing of Watering/Feeding

I keep learning from others so here goes, again.. When is the best time to water/feed? Beginning of light cycle, middle or just before dark? Thanks!

It is generaly better to water in the "morning", higher temps dry out the plants better and reduce likelyhood of mold and other attack vectors.
A wet plant is a vulnerable plant.
