Timing for flowering

I just took cuttings off my plants yesterday and I would like to switch the mother plants to flower. How long should I wait to switch them to 12hrs of dark? I don't want to stress the moms out too much but I also need to get them flowering soon.

Once they are fully rooted and grow a bit? I guess it depends on how big your cuttings are.

I did not proof read my post. im not trying to get the new clones into flower but I want to flower the mother plant that I took the cuttings off. I just don't want to stress her out too much.
