I did some research on these a while back. I think you have 3 options:

1. Canaponics timer - approx $35 - I have one and it failed quite quickly with a light load (always off now)... so can't personally recommend them but maybe I was just unlucky?
2. "ADTV-Y relay" with "ANLY Socket" - wiring instructions here https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20422859#20422859 - approx $10-15 - I switched to this when the Canaponics timer died
3. You can reorganise some of the plastic cogs in a 24h timer to make it run in 50 second blocks: http://hackaday.com/2011/09/09/repeat-timer-hacked-for-35-minute-hydroponic-cycles/ - approx $5-$7

There are probably alternatives.

This is what I did. It took about 10 min, some glue, and a snip. Super easy to turn your 24/hour timer into a a repeat cycle timer. Now it runs 5:00-min OFF and 1:40-min ON

Works great with my cloning machine!

I can make a thread on what I did differently from the video mentioned above. no need for the washer he use's.

OK, now I'm curious! Why do you want your timer to run at 5 min. off - 2 min. on, over and over again? I'm guessing it's controlling a fan.

I modified some of the cheap 24 hour timers. $7 per timer and 15 minutes got me as low as 1.25 minutes per tab. I use them for fans to regulate temps. I used to use one on my cloner but it works best when running the pump 24 hours.
