Timer screwups

Flipped my tent to flower 3 days ago. I have it turning on at 4pm and off at 4am to control heat. Looked at my wattage usage and it had 0 at 12:30am. Went and checked on the plants and the light was off.

Super confused as I've never had a timer turn off early before. Not really sure what to do. Usually when I flip to flower I set alarms to make sure everything is turning on/off when it's supposed to. However this time I'm running it during the night due to trying to decrease temps. Not sure what to do as timer said 16:00 on and 4:00 off. As well as 00:30 as the current time even though lights were off.

Never had issues like this before and hoping everything isn't screwed day 3 of flower.

Make sure your pm and am are correct and it’s in line with the actual times your setting it for I would set in small increments today and test it out making sure it doesn’t continue to fault

Yeah I've had timers stay on but never turn off early. I checked just before and everything seems to be normal. Set alarm for just before 4am so gonna check if it turns off just before. Weird as I have 2 timers setup. 1 for my veg tent that goes from 4pm-10am and that was running and my second 16:00 to 4am which was at 00:30 when i checked it and that was off.

Guess I gotta buy a new timer tomorrow but never had an issue with lights turning off early only staying on longer then they are supposed to or just never turning on in geeneral

Is it a digital timer? I had to toss my digital timers.

Not sure 100% why because I never observed this happen...but I assume I have small brown outs and these cause the digital timer to fault out.

When the digital faults it does not reset to on...the default is off. So it never turns back on.

Mechanical do not have any issues for me.
